At 1058 Hours Communications dispatched a car fire on Rt 287 N.  Chief Bohny, Squad 332 (FF Pianitinni), Engine 331 (Capt. Steenstra) and Engine 335 (FF Kowalski) responded.  As units called into service the exit mile marker was unknown and Mahwah and Oakland FD's had been dispatched as well.  Chief Bohny arrived on location and advised that the incident was in Franklin Lakes and Squad 332 would be the first in unit.  The Squad arrived on location and began extinguishment, Mahwah Tanker 425 and Chief Roe arrived on location and supplied water and manpower with our Engines 331 and 335.  The fire was quickly extinguished an all units returned.

At 1452 Hours Communications dispatched an Activated Fire Alarm on Cheyenne Dr.  Chief Bohny, Ladder 342 (FF Rhoner), Engine 331 (FF Divver) and Tanker 341 responded.  Crews checked the home and reported accidental activation by contractors.
