Ice Rescue Training
Monday, January 11, 2010

On Monday night, The Volunteers assembled at The Indian Trail Club to practice Ice Rescue techniques on Franklin Lake.  The volunteers took turns donning the cold water suits and rescuing each other from approximately 24 inches of water.  This training is important in that during the winter people ice skate on our frozen lakes and ponds and we maintain readiness in the event of a problem.  Pictures to follow
