Engine and Chief to Paterson

 November 11, 2015

At 0021 hours on Tuesday morning communications dispatched the fire department for 1 engine to respond mutual aid to The City of Paterson to cover the city while they fought a 7 alarm fire.  Asst Chief Bohny (340) and Engine 331 (Capt Donch) with 8 responded to the River Side firehouse.  Asst Chief Bohny was acting Battalion 2 while Engine 331 was acting Engine 5. Crews remained in the city for over 12 hours logging in 3 calls for service that included 2 possible house fires and a fire alarm activation.
